Timeline of Events
2/1/21 - Our team sent the same missing gift/items on Monday (2/1) to the players that did not receive the gift sent out on 1/29. Please allow some time for our system to finish sending out these items.
Please note that if you weren’t affected by this issue or if you did not participate in the event, you will not be receiving the initial apology gift that was sent out on Thursday (1/28). In addition, we will not be providing any other additional compensation in regards to the event at this time. Players that were active during the event will only receive what we intended to credit them on Friday.
1/30/21-1/31/21 - More players report that they never received their apology gift from 1/29. Support is instructed to let players know that they will not be crediting players at this time, and and the team will look into crediting players on Monday.
1/29/21 - An apology gift was sent out to all players. However, some players report that they never received it.
12:15pm PT - PX receives reports of various performance issues surrounding the Kingdom Wars event (points/map not updating, attacks not updating the HP, etc.). The team is currently looking into it.
12:30pm PT - Engineer discovers that a backend task queue is cramped. They begin working on routing tasks to address issue.
1:00pm PT - Engineer begins deploying fix.
2:30pm PT - Fix for these issues are now live. Latency issues should be addressed and players are expected to experience things as normal. Please contact Support if the issue persists.
5:00pm PT - An apology gift is sent out for the severe lag.
